Our vacant home styling service provides a personalised styling solution for your property. Our stylists will work with you to furnish and style your vacant property in a way that creates an emotional connection with potential buyers. THE VACANT HOME STYLING PROCESS
Step 1: Onsite Consultation
Contact THS to make a time for an onsite consultation. A stylist will visit your property to make notes about and photograph the areas to be staged.
Step 2: Quote
Following an onsite consultation, THS will provide a quote outlining the styling recommendations for your property.
Step 3: Acceptance of quote
If you’d like to proceed, we ask that you sign and return your acceptance of our quote and arrange payment at least three days prior to styling. THS will work with you and your agent (if applicable) to agree an installation date.
Step 4: Preparation
Keys things to consider when preparing your home ready for the furniture installation:
Declutter and organise storage
Have general repairs and upgrades completed
Ensure the property has been cleaned and tided
Professional clean of carpets
Ensure electricity is connected

Step 5: Installation
The THS team will arrive stocked and ready to style your property. This process can take several hours.
Step 6: Pick-up
THS will contact you one week prior to the end of the hire period to arrange collection of our rental items. If you wish to extend the hire, just let us know.
